Since the very inception, the purpose of the Institution has been solely focused on providing instruction and training on all levels as well as prepare students for careers and professions that provide support and services for the well-being of individuals, family, or society. Within this purpose, we work towards our programs, aiming to provide programs that can help our students peak their performance to the best of their capabilities and reach the heights of their careers through determination and sheer focus along-side preparing them to be responsible members of the society. All of these programs are designed within the mission of the institution, through a commitment to academic excellence and personal excellence, so that they can excel in their chosen vocations.

This organization was founded by Narinder Khurmi in 1993, under the guidance of his father Dr. R.S. Khurmi.

A brief life history of Dr. R.S. Khurmi.

Dr. R.S. Khurmi (Ph.D.) was born on 29 Aug. 1939 in Sunam, a small town in Punjab. He completed his schooling in Sunam and then he completed his professional studies from Phagwara and Delhi.

He started his career in Punjab Irrigation Department as an Engineer. But he had a strong desire for Higher Studies and Book Writing. After guidance from Professor Das of Chandigarh Engineering College, Dr. Khurmi came to Delhi and took up Teaching and Writing Engineering Text Books as a full time career.

Mrs. Surjit Khurmi, his wife also played one of the greatest roles in his success. She used to manage the day to day activities of the house, which gave him free time to dedicate for writing Books.

He had a great respect for his Guru Shri B.L. Theraja, who introduced him to S. Chand and Company.
He had good relations with with the management and staff of S. Chand & Company. Through them his books got a good market, not only in India but also abroad.

According to the survey of UNESCO, he is the Leading and No. 1 Author of Engineering Text Books in Asia. Each and every student of Engineering knows his name and books.

He had a very strong will power. During the last seven years of his life, when he was not keeping well, he was still always positive and high spirited. His wife and his family had been his greatest strength and support during this period. They take good care of him.
He wrote his first book when he was just 26 years old. He became a Successful Author at a very early stage of his life. Because of this, he took up writing as a full time career, after taking premature retirement from his job of Professor in Delhi University.

People in Teaching Profession always referred that Khurmi has revolutionized the way of writing Engineering Text Books.
He was a man of strong family values. Under his able guidance many other members of his family also joined the same profession. And now Dr. Khurmi’s family is known as family of Authors.

His son Narinder Khurmi, who is B.Tech and MBA use to help his father in writing and revising the books right from his college days. Now Narinder Khurmi is full time involved in this profession and is updating and revising his books, in addition to writing New Books. His daughter-in-law, who is also an Engineer, is also now helping in updating his books. His elder son-in-law Mr. P.P.S. Gogna is an author of Law Books and a leading Advocate in Delhi. His younger son-in-law Mr. R.S. Sedha is an author of Books on Electronic Engineering and is Professor and Dean of a Technical College at Singapore. His relative Mr. R.K. Rajput is also a popular author of Engineering Text Books.

He was one of the founder members in Executive Committee of Afro-Asia Book Council. He conducted Author Development Workshops at many places in India and Abroad. He was very close to this organization and its members. He always thought about its development.
